All properties come fully furnished with premium furniture, appliances, linens, kitchenware, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Weekly housekeeping, maintenance support, and 24/7 concierge service are included. Utilities (DEWA) are typically covered up to a reasonable usage threshold.

Absolutely. We provide complimentary airport pickup for all new residents. Our settling-in service includes a neighborhood orientation, SIM card assistance, grocery delivery on arrival, and introductions to local services like schools, gyms, and healthcare.
